الأحكام والشروط:

• أتعهد بالالتزام والتقيد ومن معي بالنظام والقوانين ومراعاة الأنظمة والسلامة البحرية وأيضاً الخاصة بالشركة والمرسى.
• أتعهد بالالتزام بكافة الأنظمة والتقاليد والأخلاقيات المتعارف عليها أثناء الرحلة.
• أقر بأن المؤجر غير مسؤول عن أي أضرار أو إصابات قد أتعرض لها أنا ومرافقي أثناء الرحلة.
• أقر بأن المؤجر غير مسؤول عن ضياع أغراضي أو تلفها في حالة بقائها عندي أثناء الرحلة.
• أقر بأن من يرافقني بالوسيلة البحرية تحت مسؤوليتي الكاملة عنهم خلال مدة الرحلة.
• أتعهد بلبس سترة النجاة وعدم الوقوف بالقارب أثناء الرحلة وتطبيق تعليمات السلامة المذكورة لنا والخاصة بالقارب.
• عدم ركوب القارب لمن تقل أعمارهم عن 10 سنوات.
• يمنع ركوب القارب على الحوامل والمصابين بأمراض النظام والعمود الفقري.

• I pledge to comply with the rules and regulations, and ensure that those accompanying me do as well, taking into account both maritime safety regulations and those specific to the company and marina.
• I pledge to adhere to all recognized rules, traditions, and ethical standards during the trip.
• I acknowledge that the lessor is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur to me or my companions during the trip.
• I acknowledge that the lessor is not responsible for the loss or damage of my belongings if kept with me during the trip.
• I acknowledge that those accompanying me on the marine vessel are entirely under my responsibility for the duration of the trip.
• I pledge to wear a life jacket, not to stand on the boat during the trip, and to follow all safety instructions provided to us and specific to the boat.
• Children under the age of 10 are not permitted on the boat.
• Pregnant women and individuals with spinal or nervous system conditions are not allowed to board the boat.
